Xbone takes care of that. No matter the quality of your TV, Xbone messes the colors and upscaling up so that even you are using a terrible TV what you see is the same as high quality TV output.
By the way I doubt anyone is arguing that screen is also an important factor. Electricity is also an important factor. I mean if you don't have it you can't play any games, period. Though when you are doing a comparison you take all the other factors as the same.
