Nintendo Land
Wonderful 101
SiNG Party
Super Mario 3D World
All four titles are different from things that came before. Nintendo Land uses old franchises as inspiration, but does its own thing with them - if you count New Super Mario Bros (which started on DS, by the way), and you count Resident Evil 4, and you count Super Mario Galaxy (which is really just a tweak of Super Mario 64 in terms of overall concept), then Nintendo Land is an incredibly big change.
Wonderful 101 is a new franchise that was originally going to use Nintendo characters in a completely new way.
SiNG Party is Nintendo moving into a field that they don't normally do.
Super Mario 3D World is the first time ever that 3D Mario has been a multiplayer game - that makes it far more "new" than Super Mario Galaxy.
And for the record, it's "Wii Fit", not "Wii Fitness". And neither Harvest Moon nor Resident Evil 4 weren't Nintendo games (and Harvest Moon began on the SNES, with the GC version not particularly "new"). And if you're going to include those, why aren't you including Sonic Lost World? Or ZombiU? Or Bayonetta 2?
Simply put, your entire premise is flawed.
