If it's as big of a game as Tomb Raider
and it looks better than Tomb Raider
and Tomb Raider's breakeven was 6m sales
then this game's breakeven is higher.
I think the most likely explanations are i) this guy is lying or ii) unrealistic expectations about the success of nextgen
