It's laughable to you for now due to lack of understanding. The ACA has been ruled a tax. It is a mandatory tax for all citizens. What happens when you don't pay your taxes? Ask Wesley Snipes what happened to him for three years. Think I'm making it up, Dr. King himself was arrested in on claims of tax evasion in 1960.
