Of course not.
For people who aren't racist they will judge the Obama presidency without judging the entire African American demographic. The next African American candidate who comes forward is no more or less likely to get their vote than before 2008.
For people who are racist, they are already living >50 years in the past, so nothing has changed for them. And none of these people voted for Obama in either election. And they won't vote for the next African American candidate.
People who say they aren't racist but say they are less likely to vote for another African American candidate because of Obama, actually are and have always been racist.
