Just the greatest Racing Franchise out there with absolutely no real competition cause they can't come close to that quality =)

GT6 is a money grab and nothing more.
They just take what they can get from the fans,will probably still sell 5 Millions(more than competitors will in the whole Gen) and release the next GT 1 year later.
The news PD could imagine releasing the next GT already in 2014 probably made its round too in the community.
Then obviously you have DriveClub coming up in a few months aka the first real NextGen Racer and people will settle with that rather than getting excited about a LastGen Racing Game.
GT6 as a releasegame for PS4 wouldn't have been an option either - You don't release a 10+ Million Unit moving franchise on a console that can barely meet demand.It could move 10-15 Million Units easily but not without consoles.GT for NextGen is already in the work if we can believe that some people already have seen trailers.GT6 on PS3 is just there to make money without risk.
Lets wait and when Sony has enough supply of the PS4 we can expect the real driving simulator on NextGen.
