well also GT5 released on 24 Nov 2010, that was a wednesday. GT6 released on 6 Dec 2013, a Friday. Also i dont know if the UK has sales somewhat similar to black firday, but GT5 released black friday week, GT6 missed it, and had less days of the week to sell.
