When I heard it was a port of a PC game I turned the other way. I mean, I can understand WHY they'd port a point and click game to the Wii but knowing that I could have had the game in 2005 immediately put it under original efforts built for the Wii itself. Not that I was actually considering buying it, that was just based on interest alone.
Ironically the PC game had wildly varying scores, vs. the generally negative scores of the Wii version.
