What's SCEA supposed to?

The Sony audience doesn't give a sh*t about handhelds. They are teenage/college age males who game at home on the big screen and want a PS4 or XBox, not a Sony Game Boy.

PSP falling off the map in North America for years prior was already a tip off. Everyone has smartphones here now too so if you ever get an urge to game for 10 minutes on the road, smart phone scratch that itch. The big gun games are for consoles.

Besides I think there still is a huge stigma about playing handhelds in public. No one says anything about smartphone games because smartphones are more of a social media device. No one wants to be the weird guy on the bus "playing video games in the corner". Is it a double standard with smartphones? Sure. But it still definitely is there.

This fucking guy here speaks the truth. I'm 29 years old, why the BLEEP would I want a handheld? I just got a tablet, that's all I need for mobility entertainment.

The only reason the 3Ds is selling well is because children of a certain school age still use them without said stigma. It's okay if you're in grade school to use it on the school bus or when on vacation.

It sells well in multiple age groups.

It sells well with my age group too (I'm 24).  Its all over my college campus.

Your tablets cannot bring me the same quality entertainment via games.

This guys knows it!!! Why do people care if i play a handheld? It has games, great games!

It's funny, because I have heard people (particularly in gaming message forums)  say that there is a stigma about playing handheld games in public, but I for one have yet to see a case like this. Even in my campus, I have yet to see this.
