Its quite clear to me:
Japan makes great games, Just imagine a final fantasy with Tetsuya Nomura as a character named Square Enix, Kenkichi Shimooko and Hiroyuki Kotani are brothers both named SCEI / SCEA and Sony Computer Entertainment. Then you have Hideo Kojima as the young and studly Konami, 3 Namco Robots named Hideo Yoshizawa, Yoshihiko Arai, and Kumiko Watanabe. and finally Yasuhiro Wada and Igusa Matsuyama with smaller roles.
The date of the OP is also a hint, itll be revealed on the 20th of the 09th month(sept), 2016.
