Yes they do, because they seem 100% as technocally perfect. Whens the last time you saw a reviewer mention a game doesnt get beyond a score of 50% because its lacking features present in other games, but its perfect for everything it has? NEVER. it means 100% was set for that game and marks were not deducted for lack of features other games have, whereas the other game with those features may have been great but not perfect so it got marks deducted.
And if reviews are to be used comparatively, they must be objective, not subjective, so its your basis that is flawed.
