Titanfall, despite being a multiplat is still a next gen exclusive to the xbox one, while destiny will be significantly better on the PS4.

I'd argue that it pretty much is, or at least that is how most people will see it.

Two things are a given: Exclusive (timed?) beta + best graphics. I think Bungie also said they have some exclusive content for the Sony versions.

Did Bungie actually say that the PS4 version would have the best graphics? (Yes I know that the Ps4 is stronger)

And yes, I remember them saying that. I wouldn't exactly say that makes it significantly better till we get some clarification. Looks to be the definitive version though.
