As a business major, I completely understand what Nintendo is doing. For as much as Wii U sales are not really that great, what hurts the company financially way worse is when a games like Wonderful 101 and Mario and Luigi Dream Team don't sell very well. The hardware will always have more games to boost it, but when a game flops, thats just a financial loss, expecially if it does'nt have legs. Nintendo can't afford for DK to be a flop, while Smash/Kart are going to sell well either way. As a gamer.....it sucks. This DK needs to just get out already. It keeps showing up (E3,VGX) when I would rather see Metroid or Zelda. DKC is my favorite sidescoller other than Mega Man X, but I want to see the Wii U pushed to its limits. After seeing the Zelda teaser and Pokemon Fighters teaser, and SM3DW, I just want to see the console pushed to its limits. Either way I'll take Cranky for now, but I really hope Reggie wore that Metroid pin to get us all talking, so when its revealed it will feel big.
