If it's not out on Blu-ray already, it will not take long for it to come out on Blu-ray. I expect all HD DVD titles to come to Blu-ray so there is no need to worry.
Simply put, it's too expensive for everyone to have two High Definition formats out, and the weaker format has to die to make everyone happy.
Sorry that you got stuck with the loosing format.
