I don't see how that's relevant to your post at all and you sound like the one who has your panties tied in a knot (ugh, what does that expression even mean?).
First of all, I actually don't think Nintendo should go mobile, because their handheld market is successful, and I think it will continue to have a stable base with children. Basically the problem with handhelds is that there are a lot of substitutes that adults can preoccupy their time with. But with children, the DS is their ONLY portable electronic that they get to own probably. So until kids at the age of 10 start getting iPhones, I think Nintendo has a solid platform that they can make money off of, and should support.
But there is a framework/way of thinking through this. Basically, will it be profitable in the grand scheme of things?
For Sony, I honestly just don't think their brands are as strong as Nintendo to really sell well. That's really the reason why the Vita is failing in my opinion. Uncharted and Killzone's brands really just aren't as strong as Mario to attract people to the handset. A Killzone game on the iPhone honestly wouldn't really sell just based on its branding.
So really, if Sony doesn't have a competitive advantage/core competency in building game brands and high quality games like Nintendo, they really shouldn't be developing games just to sell them. Instead, they should develop games to support their hardware, which operates under a different business model.
I'm going to cut this post short, but you need to calm down and focus more on answering the question: Would doing X be profitable/increase shareholder wealth.
