People said the same about 3D World, and look what happened. 

This is not the same. DK is noticeably jaggy, and just plain ugly. Maybe fun, but wow, it looks the exact same as a wii game.

So you won't buy this game because it looks like a Wii game? even if it's good?

Hey, I didn't say I wouldn't buy it. It just looks awful graphics wise, and bland design wise compared to it's predecessor.
