Playstation is very popular in Europe where sim racers do best, and at a time sim racers were up there with the best selling, a time when FPS didn't rule all!
Has a much richer history as well, Forza is obviously getting there now.
If Forza can get to a steady 5m userbase that's pretty good all things considered.
