I was going to suggest putting a map of the world on a wall, putting on a blindfold and throwing a dart at the map. Wherever the dart hits it has a 80% chance of being on a country in "others" or in a body of water where the nearest country is an "other" country. Alternatively, pick up an atlas and pick a random page, chances are it'll be one of the "other" countries.
Of course the more apposite question is what "other" countries does VGC directly get sales data from as opposed to doing some arithmetic extrapolation? I know back in the good old says there used to be a hardware table for NZ and Aussie (combined) sales, and Middle East if memory serves. But now we're all just afterthoughts and/ or behind the pro paywall.
