Yes Forza is far more ricer oriented, while GT is for the car enthusiast.  

Could easily be attributed to the  philosophy behind the games, one is made by a car nut racer perfectionst, the other by nnobodies and ricers.

I guess you need to get your ears checked watch ign's review of GT6 they are spot on about the poor egine and collision sounds in all GT games.  Also the guys that make Forza are actually more into cars then the guys that make GT just compare the main sites of both games and its easy to see who is more into cars and the overall car culture.  Also what is up with the offensive language if any game would be more ricer it would be GT since the majority of its car roster is always made up by Japanese cars you can't get more ricer then that.
