PS4 behind WiiU in it's second week in NA? What's wrong?

I'm not expecting much for the ps4 during December. Sony sold 2.1 million as of December 1, if they're expecting to produce 1 million per month, that means less than 250k per week through December. Assuming 55% allocation for NA, the sales should be between 100-120k.
