I was a little surprised by how well The Avengers actually did, I mean if you break it down... It's just another Alien invasion movie set in yet again... New York. (Do the 'Mericans have any other cities?)

It was a good *Leave your brain at the door* flick, but other than that it didn't exactly make ones Neurotransmitters transmit signals from a neuron to a target cell across a synapse to stimulate any deep and meaningfull reaction.
I expect the same from this.


I personally don't think Spiderman needed to be "rebooted" anyhow, but that's a story for another day...
