He has a point.
To be honest nothing would please me more than nintendo going bankrupt so i can play mario and zelda on my PlayStation.

The facts are even if people can afford more than one console they really dont want multiple systems cluttering up their house. I like Nintendo games but i do not believe they are worth the premium of the entry costs of the hardware.

Plus they should make stronger hardware. I fully believe had the Wii been as powerful as the ps360 we would have had another PS2 like gen on our hands.

Nintendos hardware is just too weak. Anyone who says otherwise is just being unrealistic. I said it ages ago, who will upgrade from a PS360 to a Wii-U? I cant think of a single reason why someone would do that. Its more like side stepping and losing your games library at the same time.

Nintendo are forcing devs to leave them behind. The gamecube got decent 3rd party support and sold less than the Wii. What did the gamecube have that the Wii didnt? Comparable hardware to other consoles on the market. The n64 doesnt count because it had carts when the industry clearly moved on to disks.

Your analogy about Sony is strange though because for 2 gens Sony has had the strongest hardware so it would be disappointing for Sony to back peddle onto weaker hardware.

Just my take on things

oh almost forgot. Nintendo should keep their handheld business going.

Nobody's perfect. I aint nobody!!!
