Not entirely sure yet. Might just go with necklace or something, no item of clothing because she'll most likely hate it. Or perfume, her birthday is on the 6th of January too which is a pain in the dick, seeing as I probably own her a big one since she got me a vita, which has been collecting dust the last two months.
