Didn't Forza on ONE already do this? Doesn't it have some sort of online system where the AI replicates players from the real world? I'm not sure if they removed it when they removed the always online though, neither do I know if it works if it's still there.
Also, as long as they don't start milking the franchise, I don't see it become any less relevant than it is.
