Of course! Why not? First - all games on Xbox One will run off the hard drive. The disk is just for the DRM. You can download them as long as you want and long as they are on the server over and over again. So if your Xbox get stolen or your house burns down, you can just redownload all your games on a new system.
Plus, they travel with you. So you can go to a friends console, log in, and download the game over there.
Plus you get the full features of instantly switching through all your games without swapping disk. Losing a disk or having it get broken or scratched.
Sure you can't sell it - but is $5 on your $59 game really worth it?
