Why didn't Big 3rd Parties give Vita the B.O.T.D.?

The same reason they´re not making games for WiiU: economy
Vita has a small userbase and it is not growing fast. Developers won´t take big budget games to a platform if there´s too much incertainty about sales and, therefore, profits.
