As I said in my other post once they are up to standards, as much as the internet would try to fool someone into believing now back in 2001/02 Wind Waker was the zelda that nobody wanted also Super Mario Sunshine was the mario that nobody wanted (or are you going to tell me that I am wrong, come on say that I am wrong). The only game was Metriod at a time when  first person games were not that popular on consoles.

I agree with the last paragraph as I said that since reveal in 2011, only now people are starting to realize this though.

I have no problem to concede that The Wind Waker and Sunshine weren't the games that people wanted. But let's say the GC Zelda and 3D Mario had been up to standard, sold as much as their N64 counterparts and each of those additional software sales would have equated one additional hardware sale. The GC would have still sold fewer units than the N64.

Like the cannon ball things in mario 64.

I would take you word for it that the GC would not have outsold the N64 anyway because I don't feel like checking it out myself. But this is not about Hardware Sales it is about the popularity of 2d mario over 3d mario which I stated the reasons for why that is, the info I gave for why Nsmbu was not moving hardware was just a bonus.
