Whether it´s fair or not, you know Nintendo games are usually associated with 'bright, colorful, cartoony', so for them to show up on VGX, speaking to an audience that´s associated with the complete opposite, might hint Nintendo has "an anti Nintendo" game in the works, the kind of game that pushes the right buttons for the gamers who turn their nose up at Nintendo´s traditional offerings.
They had Eternal Darkness, REmake, RE0 and RE4 but they didn´t really help the Gamecube, but hey, if the Wii U is the Gamecube reincarnated :P
