if Nintendo were irrelevant why would ubisoft be copying their idea of the 30 old game excitebike. Its the most relevant company on the market, because they understand gameplay.
Most work just with graphical bluffs without soul. Even the Demons Souls borrowed a lot from Zelda ocarina of time.
But it seems jason rubin seems irelevant because he needs to bash Nintendo to gain publicity.
