I meant, they're compared to Pokemon that sold the same amount.
Anyway, you can't assume that 10%, there are some cases that it's true and even higher, but the truth is that Japan doesn't care to much about digital purchases. Numbers are much much lower than the west.
The same happens in other industries, I read an article saying that Japan is the country were CD music sales are the best in the world. These days, in the other countries people download or use iTunes, but still Japan loves its physical copy.
