You don't normally get $20 for a game, you normally get $5-15 for most games except the really popular/hard to find ones. Most games on that list probably wouldn't reach the $15 mark, only a few would and maybe a few over (but I didn't trade those ones anways).
So yes, as long as you don't trade in the really good games on that list you're getting an excellent deal.
