I think I'd go with money. Or other things that would make me a lot closer to self-sustaining.
Basically, everyone who says "money" is probably figuring they'd ask for more money than they could acquire in the year they're sacrificing. I suppose that's skirting close to rule 5 but whatever.
famousringo has a really good one too. If I could make 2 such trades I might go for that one. As it is, money can usually buy pretty good health.
