I think AJ Phoenix is the closest to a non-murdering not white guy due to that serious tan he got while working in a freezing cold Russian restaurant.

Honestly, I really think that Mia, Maya and Pearl are Asian because their last name is Fey.  Fey sounds like an Asian last name, on top of which they come from a village called "Kurain"which also sounds Asian.  To top it all off, the rooms you investigate when you're in their village have a LOT of Japanese stuff in it.  

Right, I agree, they're almost certainly Japanese in decent, but their skin color is more white than anything else.

It's the same way that Jinxie is white but lives in a village influenced by Japanese culture.
