Is spam allowed in people's sigs? Where is the line drawn?

 Well if you had bothered to look at the link you would have found out that the website doesn't sell anything.  Workouts at their gym are by invitation only and they openly discourage people from getting in contact with them.  Their website is for information purposes only.  Now compare that to your website in which the sole purpose is to sell product, that contains no other real content besides being a store, and that basically turns it's members into spammers.  Also my link is not an Ad like yours.

As for your message to me comparing your Ads to someone posting a link to an IGN review, well IGN actually has content that can be used in deciding if a product is worth buying or not.  It has information beyond just being an online store.  Is there any such information on the website you link to?

Well if you had bothered to look at the link in my sig you would have seen that they dont sell anything either. So what is the citeria for advertising then. Your link takes the user to another webpage, that webpage gets addition hits. Its still advertising whether its for a product, a company,  a volunteer organization or just information.

 I was just trying to show that a person opening a thread regarding an IGN game review or a gamespot controversy or whatever is also advertising that site. its not better or worse than an ad in someones signiture. Unless that persons opinion is for or against what the advertisment is promoting.
