#37 - This game received some praise for mocking other well established franchises but critisizm for a lack of originality. Had a very challenging post game challenge mode, which took me 2 days to finish, but it was damn satisfying. IMO this game defines fast paced action games. This game was criticized because the enemies look like a main enemy type from Mass Effect. There is even a section which mocks Sam Fisher from Splinter Cell. This is a futuristic space themed game, which takes place on a ship which looks awefully similar to the Citadel from Mass Effect.

It a game from a developer who USED TO have Sega publish their works.

#29 - My favorite racing SIM. Took all the issues with every race before it, and fixed them. To bad the sequel to this game is flawed with free upgrades, and never encourages stock racing anymore.

37 - Lost Planet or Gears

29 - Forza 4

37 - This game is not even exclusive, and when did Sega ever publish Lost Planet or Gears of War?

29 - Forza 4 is the flawed game, Forza 3 is my #29

Forza Motorsport 3 had a slogan "Drive your dream car." That's what the entire game was about, no more grinding to save $$$ for a car, no more repeating races like in Gran Turismo. Forza Motorsport 3 had about 600 cars after all the DLC, cars from all parts of the world, not just Japan. So because of this, it fixed a lot of the issues Gran Turismo was plagued with (seriously, GT5 only had 3 Mustangs, and didn't even have the one which released a year before the game released, but it had 40 Skylines...). Forza 3 rewarded you with cars for leveling up, for completing cups, and you rarely raced in the same vehicle more then a few times (unless you chose to).

With Forza Motorsport 4, upgrades became free after level 5, and races were set are arbitrary performance point. This game no longer felt like a sim because it forced you to tune cars to a preset limit to race them. You never drove a stock car anymore, and it never felt like a sim when none of the cars were even remotely close to stock. Plus with the achievement for driving 1 brand to level 50, this game discouraged you to drive more then 1 manufacturer of vehicle. On top of that, I started to get sick of DLC by the time this game released, it was just getting overdone.

Forza Motorsport 3 will likely stay the best Forza for a long time coming, and IMO it's a much better game then any Gran Turismo (however GT has been concistantly great, and pretty much every other GT game is supperior to every other Forza except Forza 2 & 3)
