Off the top of my head, Max Payne, Burnout 3, Dynasty Warriors 3, Star wars Battlefront, Star Wars Battlefront 2, Jedi Starfighter. Plus, as you mentioned, Black, GTA3, GTA: SA, and GT: VC.

burnout? really? that still wouldnt count for the majority. IM sure that more games were released than games were NOT released for GC, BUT perhaps it was a substantional chunk
