The eDRAM on the GPU die is not from IBM, it's from Renesas. The 3MB L2 Cache eDRAM of Espresso is from IBM, and while the difference in watts isn't huge, Renesas eDRAM =/= IBM eDRAM, you'll need to seek out the GPU7 eDRAM info from Renesas
