My console looks like the top.I have setting on 36 bit colour (factory is 24 ) and RGB colour to full range ( factory set to half ) also 1080p. Best pictuure. Rich colour and not washed out. |
You are aware of the fact that there is more than just (1) shade of black right?
If you run a game in Full RGB, like is supposed to be possible when running through HDMI, you should be easily able to see these?

So you know, if you can't even see the top (2-3) top left image differences then you are not running in proper "Full RGB".
Black is not universal. There are all different shades, which is why people find issue with crushed blacks. Crushed black isn't proper.
Look at Svenno's posts. His show how the shadows should look, especially on the clothing and cloths attached to the support beams. In the XBone filtered pics they are all nothing but crushed black. Those are NOT correct and seriously lacking in terms of proper blacks.
If you look at Whatever's posts you can clearly see how those crushed blacks DESTROY the texture detail.
It may seem to look "nice", but it is not realistic, nor are the colors "correct". To say so is false.
