Since OP is trying to be as ambiguous as possible , I will give an example:
"Why are you here discussing Ryse, shouldn't you be playing your PS4?"
Yeah it's annoying, it's basically an arrogant way of telling someone that his/her console has no games. And I too have mostly seen it been used by Xbox fans, but I don't check everywhere. It's one of the dumber things you can tell someone on a forum where you yourself post.
