This game is supposedly very reminiscent of Project Gotham Racing which was a rock solid 30fps and a great game. I see no reason why an arcade/sim needs to run at 60 fps when 30fps is perfectly fine, and makes for a great experience, with amazing visuals.
Games like Gran Turismo and Forza are trying to replicate reality and give the most responsive and realistic physics possible. That is why 60fps with no frame drops is so important in these games.
A game like DC is about power drifting and motion blur that causes everything to look beyond realistically fast for a fun unreal experiance.
Stop hate, let others live the life they were given. Everyone has their problems, and no one should have to feel ashamed for the way they were born. Be proud of who you are, encourage others to be proud of themselves. Learn, research, absorb everything around you. Nothing is meaningless, a purpose is placed on everything no matter how you perceive it. Discover how to love, and share that love with everything that you encounter. Help make existence a beautiful thing.
