People need to realize that the Zelda games NEVER had realistic graphics.

Everyone of them including the "real looking" ones in the franchise like OoT/MM and TP were more or less influenced design wise by Japanese aesthetics so you'd have toonish eyes, shapes and such. In most games it has always been about balancing between lighter sensibilities not uncommon from fairy tales and fantasy/adventure elements of varying tones. Link might look a bit more like an adult in one or two of them but if that is really how you judge the game based off the avatar then you should take a look in the mirror when it comes to actual internal maturity.

The next Zelda game won't look like Wind Waker but the fact remains those wanting a Zelda game with the tone or textures that are similar to what we've seen in games like Dark Souls or even Skyrim are dooming themselves to disappointment.

I mean most members of this forum have a better chance of going out in Las Vegas and arranging a 3 way before 4 am with only one of the other 2 people being a hooker.
