I saw boxes only in few stores and the lowest price was R$2200... I think you will have a hard time to find at R$1600 but I didn't checked stores with only Xbone because I was searching PS4... so if the store have PS4 and Xbone I asked the price for Xbone too.
The MS official price is really really low... the guys at stores said that they can't match that price even importing... so they are working only with the Brasilian Xbone but the supply is low... MS is not sending more Xbone right now.
I checked at Mercado Livre too (I checked to have a base of price to try to negotiate with the sellers at Sta. Efigenia)... you can't find Xbone imported below R$2100 and the PS4 you can find below $1900.
If you want a Xbone you can go with the big stores like Submarino... they give 10% off in some cases... so R$2000 or less if you can have a big discount.
