Hmm you remind me of my friend xD Lotr trillogy wouldn't be as half as good as it is if it was shorter!  

what I mean by drawn out is that there is too much boring bits in between. I don't mind long movies if they are engaging. 

Mind u they are not as bad as the Titanic draw out lol. That movie I always fall asleep when the ship takes off and wake up when they are in the water dying lol.

Well i guess lengthy movies with a slow build up are not your taste but in lotr's case that slow build up is worth it IMO.
