The off-road stat could possibly determine the speed of a character when they are off road (like in sand or grass), or possibly how they handle off-road. Maybe even a combination of both.
And wow, those tracks look beautiful. I love the "THANK YOU" in Coconut Mall.....so much attention to detail.
