Vertical lines seen while playing Assassin's Creed IV on PS4?

TBH seems to be some kind of GPU problem  not the game as far as I know.

Thing is that is doesn't run through out the entire screen, I can only notice is sometimes when I am standing still in a town, but not always when standing in that town.

 

For example, I was in a town called Nassua when I first noticed it. I was standing still in an area with trees and of course I immediately starting thinking something was wrong with my game, so I started walking around to see if it changes, but it wouldn't. However when I moved to a different area of the town I no longer saw them. This was within a span of like a minute.
