Again where is this game with reduced graphical effects only on PS4?, and i reiterate im guessing its only one game and your trying to make out its all games, even tho you say its fair to single out COD on X1 as a bad install experience. 

I'm just taking a critical look and say both sides have their issues for example dc and killzone

DC

  • Once you start downloading DCUO, you'll have two downloads running:
    • The main game (~7gb)
    • The day-one patch (~5gb)
  • Once those are downloaded, you can play the game in PlayGo mode
    • Gameplay essentially limited to character creation, the tutorial, and safehouse
  • The rest of the game will continue to download in the background


Killzone

games load quickly — but in the case of Killzone: Shadow Fall, there are some unskippable cutscenes while the game loads in the background.

The reason KZ started so fast was that it only installed enough to let you start the game. It installed the rest while you played.

Download titles are always going to be slower than Disk titles this is nothing new. 

The unskipable KZ cutscene is the intro and even with this u get into the campaign and playing in under 3 minutes. Of course the reason you get in so fast is because it lets you play the first level while it installs the others, thats the whole point of the feature any why its cool. No one was suggesting the whole 50 gig is installed in under a minute.  

I think your trying to find issues where there are none, its a feature that gets you in and playing on your brand new game 20 minutes faster than without it. And still you have failed to tell me this game with downgraded graphical effects, so you were clearly trolling. I will not reply to you again.
