DS lite: 145€ average (e.g. 139€ amazon.de, 149€ amazon.fr) => that's 222 US$ at the moment
Top game (e.g. FFXII RW): 40€ => that's 61 US$
Japan -
DS lite: 20.780 Yen (amazon.jp) => that's 202 US$
Top game (e.g. DQ IV) 5.000 Yen => that's 48 US$
USA -
DS lite 130 US$ (amazon.com) => that's 84€
Top game (e.g. FFXII RW): 40 US$ => that's 26€
I know this has a lot to do with the US$ weakness and it's also clear that Nintendo is not forced to lower the price as long as demand is that high, but I think Europe & Japan could - several years after DS launch - well tolerate a price cut to at least near NA level.
(And I just found out that Nintendo's stuff is surprisingly even more expensive in France than in Germany).
