So I wrote this a year ago and just recently found it. I wrote more but found it nonsense and I thought up more but never wrote it down. I did however submit this concept to PlayStation Blog Share while that was still in use. They did not post this idea, despite posting other ideas I submitted.
"PlayStation 4: PSN Social Network Platform
-Similar to the XMB, the PlayStation 4 will use a horizontal and verticle interface. One with pages that shift left and right and scroll up and down to display the relevant information. The choices will include settings, photos, video, applications, games, the PlayStation Store, and the PlayStation Network which will be above all of the pages and accessed by holding up for a second at the top of any page.
-The PlayStation Network page will be the social network interface for the user. Replacing PS3's profiles, friends, trophies, and messaging. It will have its own pages, a floating XMB above the main XMB below. it will have a home default page that is the users "gaming profile", a friends page, a trophy collection page, and a party page."
I'm note sure why I'm posting this, but I figured I haven't made a thread in a long while and thought myself genious after the PS4 UI was shown, lol.
Before the PS3 everyone was nice to me :(
