Hopefully now, the hard reality that 2D Mario ALWAYS sells better than 3D Mario will be realized by some of the Nintendo faithful who thought 3D Mario will save the Wii U.
It will be interesting to see how PS4 sales go. It will definitely have a good launch considering they sold out of two preorder allotments within 72 hrs (or was it 48 hrs?). I do see it doing better than the Wii U.
