There are something wrong... the cold boot is ~20s... the Standby is less than 5s.

Cold boot to main dashboard –
PS4: 20 seconds — Xbox One: 1 minute 5 seconds
Standby/hibernate to dashboard –

nope. i select standby. the ps4 shutsdown, then i click the PS button. from that point it take 24-26 seconds to where killzone icon is clickable. then i click on killzone, load game, click continue campaign, it puts me in, that takes 18-20 seconds.

edit: ok this is weird. i powered off my PS4 (not standby), then clicked ps button, it did the exact same boot up process as standby mode, but it only took 22 seconds. thats 3 seconds faster than standby mode. im confused.
